You may have received an email from your club indicating that they are now using the PlayMetrics system. In order to access the PlayMetrics system and view your player's schedule, team information, and register for programs, you will need to register as a user.
Access to PlayMetrics is typically granted in one of the following ways:
Your club sends you an Email Invitation to register in the system
Your club provides a Registration Link on their website
If you did not receive an email from your club inviting you to register in the system, please check if another family member has been invited to the system. It is possible that the club has another contact on file for your player. If another family member has been invited by the club, they can invite you to join the system by following the steps in our Help Desk article here.
If the club has not invited another contact for your player to the system, please contact your club directly to be added to the system.
