Note: If you have not registered for a PlayMetrics account you’ll need to do so first using the same email address that your invitation was sent to. If you did not receive an invitation to create an account, please contact your club for more information. To change the email address associated with your PlayMetrics account click "Account" in the lower left-hand corner, then click "Settings"
Once you are on the Account page, click the “Change” link next to your Primary Email.
This will open the "Change Primary Email" window. From here, enter your new email address in the two following fields and enter your password to confirm the email address change. Once you are done, click the “Save Changes” button.
A new window will pop-up directing you to check your email for a verification link. There is also a "Resend email" link that will allow you to request a new code if you did not receive the initial one.
You will receive an email from PlayMetrics with a link to verify your new email address. Simply click this link to complete the change.
Once you click the link a message will confirm that you’ve changed your email address and you will be prompted to log in with your new credentials.
