Adding an Account Owner
In order to add a contact’s information to a Player’s Profile, first navigate to PLAYERS in the left-hand menu, then locate and click the name of the Player you wish to update. If you are a Coach, click a Team name under MY TEAMS, click the "Roster" tab, then locate and click the name of the Player you wish to update.
Note: An individual must have access to the appropriate Team in order to update a Player profile. For example, a Coach can only update Players assigned to the Team(s) for which they are responsible.
Click the “Contacts” tab, then click “+ Add a Contact.”
In the "Add Contact" window enter the email address of the account owner for the Player.
If the user already exists in the PlayMetrics system, you will be notified of the match. Simply click the “Add” button and that Player’s account owner will be set.
If a match is not located in the system, you will be prompted to enter additional information associated with the new contact.
By default, the newly added contact will receive an automatic email inviting them to register on PlayMetrics. However, you can opt to send the invitation at a later date if you do not want to onboard them at this time by unchecking the box beside “Send Registration Invitation.”
Once you have added contact information for the Player you will be returned to the Players list, where you can continue to update contact information for other Players.
